Hawke’s Bay Rugby is offering a Performance Analyst Internship with the Magpies as part of the high-performance programme for the upcoming NPC season.

The successful applicant will assist in a range of rugby performance and operational tasks that support the coaching staff and players throughout the NPC campaign.

The internship will be based at the Hawke’s Bay Rugby Community Training Centre in Napier, New Zealand, from July to October.

This role is well suited to someone who:

• Have an interest in rugby and performance analysis.
• Have a basic understanding of rugby.
• Are motivated and willing to work within a team environment.
• Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills.

The Role Will Include:

• Filming and coding training sessions using Hudl Sportscode.
• Assist in building opposition reports
• Assist with game-day setup and post-match reporting.
• Provide support for additional analysis-related tasks as required.
